Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in various systems and databases, including arenaflex's proprietary platforms and third-party software.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • Maintaining and organizing records, files, and reports, both physically and digitally, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals, with a focus on effective communication and teamwork.
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as needed, such as data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in data entry and management software a plus.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required, as we're happy to train the right candidate.
