Key Responsibilities

Performance:
+ Achieve performance metrics, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. + Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge to meet arenaflex's high standards.
Qualifications
To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need:
Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent. + Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). + Basic computer skills, including proficiency in navigating the internet and email. + A reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. + A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
