Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date health-related data in our systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assist with updating medical records, reviewing health data for compliance, and supporting the health operations team to maintain quality standards.
- Develop and maintain data entry processes, workflows, and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, data science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with health-related data entry software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHRs) and data analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications:
