Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining arenaflex's Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with various departments, including Centralized Computer and Application Development, Organization/Telecom, and Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds the DC where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences

• Collaborate with MHE merchants to manage information handling
• Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Communicate between distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Implement all future arrivals of software
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS
• Regulate non-exempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen
