Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer care and solutions via phone, email, portal/online, and chat. You will be responsible for performing production work for the assigned specialized function, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries. Responsibilities and Outputs As a Customer Service Representative I, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing professional and efficient customer service as guided by defined processes and procedures, using tools and systems, within the assigned function or scope of work. * Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to: + Pricing and availability + Sales order entry + Order approvals + Customer master maintenance + Quotes + Order/shipment status + Product lead times + Cross-reference + General product information * Implementing solutions for customer concerns, including: + Expedited orders + Invoice corrections and credits + Tracking, correction, and processing of missing, misread, or incomplete purchase orders + Customer complaints, including communication of order acknowledgement and tracking information, late shipments, missed or incorrect orders, and requests for credit * Managing efficient usage of production time and company resources by: + Maintaining accuracy in interaction handling + Maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volume levels * Attending training, workshops, seminars, and focus group discussions to enhance skills and knowledge * Contributing to other projects as needed to support operational and employee goals * Identifying process improvement opportunities and working cross-functionally to enhance customer experience * Completing additional assignments as directed by leadership Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * A graduate degree in any 4-year business or behavioral discipline course * A graduate degree in any engineering discipline course will also be considered * At least two (2) years of experience in interactive customer service and related functions * At least one (1) year of experience in marketing, sales, supply chain, or similar function (a plus) * Background in offshore service operations (a plus) * Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English * Ability to speak or write in another language (an advantage but not required, unless identified by the customer and support requirements) * Strong attention to detail and demonstrated time management skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Computer application skills such as MS Office Applications, NetSuite, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and other business systems and tools Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Analytical skills to identify and resolve customer concerns * Drive for results to meet productivity and quality standards * Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment Work Environment and Company Culture As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
