As a member of our Inside Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced New Customer Acquisition Representative I, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients to position arenaflex as a trusted advisor
- Prospecting, qualifying, and processing leads from various sources to identify new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives
- Growing revenue through the identification of new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and cross-sell opportunities
- Effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process to ensure high conversion rates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our CRM system to support territory, account planning, and forecasting
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Pre-sales, Client Success, Marketing, Data, Product, Delivery, and Customer Service teams to drive sales success
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree: Required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in high-value, business-to-business solution sales
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and a strong track record of consistent sales achievement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to managing change in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business solution sales experience
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and a strong track record of consistent sales achievement
- Highly driven, focused, and committed with a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
- Salesforce expertise a plus
- Ability to operate in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization
- Continuous growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills through social experiences, relationships with stakeholders, and structured courses and programs
