Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our store leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You'll also be responsible for mentoring and developing our store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and implementing strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Mentor and develop store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with store leaders to develop and implement store plans that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all store teams are trained on arenaflex's customer service standards and policies
- Participate in the selection and hiring process for store teams
- Provide input to store leaders on partner performance and participate in ability planning conversations
- Collaborate with store leaders to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Ensure that all store teams are aware of and comply with arenaflex's policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or home improvement industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or home improvement industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
