Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

To work from home as a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following minimum technical requirements:

  • A PC or laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System (no Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP).
  • A processor with AMD 2.1GHZ or higher or Intel 1.8GHZ or higher, or Intel 1.7GHZ or lower with i3, i5, i7, or Pentium with 4 or more cores and be 2016 or newer.
  • 4GB RAM or installed memory.
  • 10GB of free hard disk space.
  • Dedicated high-speed internet with a download speed of 4.0 MBPS and an upload speed of 2.0 MBPS.
  • A wired internet connection with a cable connection (no dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite).

Preferred Technical Requirements

To work from home as a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following preferred technical requirements:

  • A PC or laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System (no Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP).
  • A processor with AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation or newer or Intel i-series 8th Generation or newer with 4 or more cores and be 2018 or newer.
  • 8GB RAM or installed memory.
  • 10GB of free hard disk space.
  • Dedicated high-speed internet with a download speed of 10.0 MBPS and an upload speed of 5.0 MBPS.
  • A wired internet connection with a cable connection (no dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite).

Training Requirements

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes:

  • 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday), 8:30am-3:30pm CST.
  • 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST.
  • Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Saturday-Sunday), 8:00am-4:00pm CST.
