Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative / Appointment Scheduler at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need our help. Your main duties will include answering phones, responding to customer web inquiries and emails, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing a variety of tasks. This is a remote position with some time in the office required for meetings and training.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding water damage and mold remediation services, providing clear and professional communication.

  • Schedule appointments for on-site estimates, inspections, and services, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Gather and input customer information accurately into our job tracking software, maintaining accurate records and making relevant notes to ensure smooth transactions for technicians and the rest of the team.
  • Provide timely responses to customer emails and web inquiries, ensuring all communication is professional and clear.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and invoicing, as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to solicit reviews and feedback on completed jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keep accurate records and make relevant notes in the job tracking software to ensure smooth transactions for technicians and the rest of the team.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience and builds trust in arenaflex.

Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center or scheduling capacity, is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication skills – friendly, clear, and professional when speaking with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a reliable internet connection.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • We'll train the right person, no mold experience needed.
