Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting our list of clients to fulfill their requests, schedule their follow-up virtual Zoom appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and decision-making
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Processing forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers

Qualifications
