Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients to assess their financial planning requirements and deliver tailored life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, whole life, term life, accidental, and critical illness coverage.
  • Organizing and executing virtual consultations with clients to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Preparing and presenting insurance quotations with guidance from mentors and insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting clients throughout the application process until approval, providing exceptional support and communication.
  • Maintaining regular communication with mentors and colleagues through scheduled meetings and calls, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
