Job Summary
As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for managing job postings, evaluating candidate applications, and proposing new alternatives to improve our recruitment processes. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with excellent teamwork and multitasking skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
- Manage job postings in different job portals and evaluate candidate applications
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
