The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their home ownership and closing needs. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with energy, positivity, and knowledge
  • Empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their needs
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent service standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Empower customers with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Highly tuned and professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat

  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate updates and solutions
  • Energetic, positive, and fresh approach to customer inquiries and requests
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate solutions through completion
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Residential real estate sales experience (preferred)
  • Associates degree (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of the residential real estate industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
