Position Overview

As an Account Manager – Customer Relations Focus – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you'll play a vital role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote arenaflex products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This position offers a unique opportunity to experience working in an agent's office and explore the possibility of becoming an arenaflex Agent yourself.

Key Responsibilities

* Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to promote arenaflex products and services.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring expertise in arenaflex products and services.

Requirements

* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and build strong relationships
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation and Perks

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. arenaflex also offers a range of benefits and perks, including comprehensive health benefits, profit-sharing, and paid time off.
