Position Overview
As an Account Manager – Customer Relations Focus – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you'll play a vital role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote arenaflex products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This position offers a unique opportunity to experience working in an agent's office and explore the possibility of becoming an arenaflex Agent yourself.
Key Responsibilities
* Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to promote arenaflex products and services.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring expertise in arenaflex products and services.

Requirements
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and build strong relationships
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation and Perks
