Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Voice of the Customer Analytics and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
- Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Deliver high-quality and accurate analytical insights leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to drive innovative solutions.
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.
Essential Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications in data analysis.
- Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field.
