Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement through our user-friendly software. You'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging them to place orders. With our comprehensive training program and supportive team, you'll have everything you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, following up with them and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to develop your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
* No prior sales experience is required – we'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers via chat
