Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client account relationship, including:
- Account Management: Develop and implement account management plans that meet client objectives and promote arenaflex efficiencies. Manage client relationships and expectations, negotiate and achieve mutually agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs, and ensure delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting and regular office visits.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business/revenue streams within the account, develop and sell business opportunities to grow account revenue, and evaluate opportunities to upsell additional arenaflex services.
- Event Management: Lead Planner/Meeting Owner on events or programs of significance to the customer's business, create/revise program budgets to ensure arenaflex forecast is attained, and identify financial opportunities in post-program billing.
What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Pharmaceutical Event Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the meetings/travel industry, specifically in operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership Skills: Two years of experience in people management, with the ability to deliver creative outputs in a constricted timeline while maximizing available resources.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Cvent is preferred, as well as experience with managing the lifecycle of an event, including final reconciliation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel at least 35% of the time, including internationally.
