Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing routine service support to arenaflex customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center. You'll communicate directly with customers, internal, and external service partners to resolve issues, questions, and service requests. This is a remote position, and you'll work from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by arenaflex. You'll be expected to provide a dedicated and confidential workspace, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet service with a direct wired connection to a cable or fiber modem and router.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing routine service support to arenaflex customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center
- Communicating directly with customers and internal/external service partners to resolve issues, questions, and service requests
- Receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels
- Resolving customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions, and referring complex issues as necessary
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values
- Documenting customer interactions and completing service requests to minimize customer effort
