Job Summary
As an experienced Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, working closely with arenaflex agents to resolve service-related issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers. This is a unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the US, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing payments and following up with clients for overdue payments
- Sending necessary documents to customers and uploading them to Necho upon customer completion
- Updating odometer readings and following up on drive safe and save setups
- Maintaining meticulous notes in the system
- Updating financial cards
- Collecting information like drivers' licenses for MVR No hit's, etc. in underwriting folders and sending it to your agent
- Upselling from BOD Service tasks
- Putting in a Policy Transaction (PT) for the information collected in underwriting folders
- Answering phone calls during allocated times
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Valid work authorization
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
- Prior or current experience working in an arenaflex office
- Prior service experience
- Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer's license in the state where your agent is located
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to success for the business
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically on every interaction
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- People-oriented, with a love for helping others
- Proven ethical behavior
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
