Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and helping them achieve their financial goals. You'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs. You'll also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, effectively resolving customer issues and building strong relationships with our customers
- Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including mobile services and online banking services
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Experience with sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
- Proficiency in multiple languages
