Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth through proactive financial goal identification and product recommendations. You'll be the go-to expert for our walk-in customers, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial needs. Your primary focus will be on retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships, while ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, effectively resolving customer issues and concerns

  • Educate customers on consumer deposit products, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process
  • Proactively identify financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Experience with sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
