Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead our Workforce Activities and Operations team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our work processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive business growth and excellence. You will work closely with our store and HR partners to address and resolve concerns related to work from home and in-store activities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour and the opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Leading task groups of experts and partners to analyze and improve our work processes
• Performing data collection and analysis, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements
• Producing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to review and use
• Building relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and excellence
• Directing and guiding team members to achieve business objectives
• Regularly reporting to the Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
• Traveling occasionally (less than 10% of the time)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job
• 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field environment

• Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Services and Development System)
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Counseling and project management skills
