  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide informed responses to customer queries

Requirements

* Must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity

  • No previous experience required; willingness to learn and follow directions is key
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
