Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will work closely with our Worldwide Help and Trustworthiness Tasks (GSIO) team to develop and implement business processes that drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of business processes that drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex business models and forecasts
- Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide business insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related field
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Sigma and Tableau
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools
