Job Summary
As an Experienced Treasury Customer Service Representative – Unclaimed Property Reunification Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Thoroughly researching requests, whether in writing or over the phone, to determine the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit box contents
- Reviewing an assortment of legal documents, including probate court documents, wills, trusts, death certificates, and court orders
- Maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data
- Providing excellent customer service in a call center environment
- Being detail-oriented and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job
Key Responsibilities
* Research and verify claims to determine rightful ownership of unclaimed properties
- Review and analyze various documents, including legal and informational paperwork
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and procedures related to unclaimed property
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems (for Treasury Customer Service Representative 6)
- Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 (for Treasury Customer Service Representative 7)
- Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 (for Treasury Customer Service Representative E8)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations
- Familiarity with data protection policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment and Company Culture

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 4-6 months of training on-site at our Dimondale, Michigan office, followed by the potential to work remotely. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
