As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to patients and medical staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring seamless communication through various programs and applications.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from patients and medical staff, and placing outbound calls to ensure timely communication and support
- Obtaining meal orders by assisting patients in their meal selections, according to their prescribed diet, in a prompt and courteous manner
- Entering meal orders into the Food Service application
- Managing daily operations, including but not limited to:
+ Meditech EHR + Food Service application + Call center equipment + Virtual phone and other programs
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures, including working 4 of the 6 recognized holidays based on staffing
Work Environment and Schedule:
* Work from home in the comfort of your own space
- Set schedules available, including 2 hours to 12 hour shifts, depending on schedule availability
- Training will take place virtually, averaging approximately 4 weeks
- Must reside within the DFW area
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- High-speed internet access
- Private area to work
