Job Description Overview
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex National Patient Service Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, while maintaining positive patient relations. Your primary duties will include:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide service to patients in a professional manner
- Provide excellent, concise communication
- Learn and understand ETM software operation
- Learn and understand billing and account operations
- Answers and documents all telephone inquiries
- Research and resolve problems with patients' bills
- Updates patients' insurance coverage as needed
- Prints courtesy claims and itemized statements
- Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information
- Arranges financial agreements with patients using budget plan as needed
- Performs other duties and assignments as requested
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
