Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive experience for our customers
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is meeting our performance metrics
  • Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
  • Upselling when required, providing our customers with relevant and valuable offers that meet their needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English and mathematics
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
  • The ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of computer software and hardware

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
