What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is nothing short of wonderful
  • Learning and mastering our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through our internal communication software to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identifying and solving even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and make a lasting impression

Who You Are:

We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is proud of the impact they make. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box, a sensitive and skillful communicator who adapts your tone and style to suit your audience, and a team player who is eager to learn new technology systems and procedures. You're highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You're also highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with keyboard shortcuts being your secret to success!

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., a home office) to fulfill your shifts
  • Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided)
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working from home
