Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Healthcare Data Management

Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions.
Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough studies and analysis of data to identify discrepancies and errors
- Resolving problems and discrepancies in eligibility records, collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
- Reconciling eligibility records among systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Monitoring and tracking records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve green resolutions
- Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform data entry and analysis tasks
Key Responsibilities

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Access
- Experience with data entry and management systems, including electronic health records (EHRs)
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
