Key Responsibilities:
* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests from clients' customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize phone, internet, and computer skills to navigate various software systems and tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills: You must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with clients' customers in English.
- High-speed internet connection: You'll need a high-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum speed of 5 MB down and 384k up, and a preferred speed of 10+ MB down and 512k up.
- Dedicated home office space: You'll require a dedicated home office space that is free from distractions, has a door that can be closed and locked, and is equipped with a 19 flat panel monitor (minimum).
- Personal computer: You'll need a personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and a 2.0 GHZ processor, and a recommended configuration of 4GB of RAM and a Dual Core Processor.
- Typing speed: You must be able to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in call center or customer support environments.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with software systems, tools, and technologies used in customer service environments.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
