Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
  • Responding to a high volume of calls and emails, providing elite service and resolving customer complaints in a fair and constructive manner
  • Investigating instances of customer experience issues, determining fault, and resolving problems proactively
  • Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues, and providing real-time assistance
  • Continuously learning and advancing your skill sets to meet individual and team goals

Your Journey with arenaflex

We're committed to your growth and development, and we've outlined a clear progression plan for your first 30, 90, and 180 days:

  • 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gain industry knowledge, and learn how to contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
  • 60 days in: Investigate customer experience issues, handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, and navigate order queues to provide real-time assistance
  • 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings, manage in-bound seller calls, and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

Work Environment and Schedule

Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. Your schedule will be:

  • Monday and Tuesday off (2:30pm-11:00pm)
  • Wednesday and Thursday off (3:30pm-12:00am)
  • Monday and Tuesday off (1:30pm-10:00pm)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
