Job Description:

As a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation systems, including robotics, mechatronics, and control systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems
• Conducting site visits to assess automation needs and develop customized solutions
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, installation manuals, and maintenance procedures
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with automation systems
• Providing training and support to end-users on automation systems and processes
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechatronics and robotics, with a focus on automation systems
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex automation systems
• Strong understanding of robotics, mechatronics, and control systems, including programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with industry-specific software and tools, such as Siemens Simatic, Rockwell Automation, and ABB
• Certification in mechatronics, robotics, or a related field (e.g., Certified Robotics Engineer, Certified Mechatronics Engineer)
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and automation system optimization
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as OSHA and NFPA
