Job Summary

We're seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Experienced Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Following company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer and software applications
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Preferred but not required)

Experience

* Previous customer service experience (Preferred but not required)

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment (Preferred but not required)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
