Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our night shift team. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field: A degree in a relevant field is not mandatory, but a strong educational background is essential.
- At least 6 months of customer support experience: Previous experience in customer support, call center experience, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- B2 level proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Interpersonal skills: Customer service-oriented, active listening, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally are essential.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, with a typing speed of at least 40wpm and 90% accuracy.
