Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our Business Banking division, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through telephone and other communication channels
- Performing routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a superior customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Seeking guidance from management and escalating non-routine issues while responding to client requests or resolving issues
- Resolving client issues in a courteous and respectful manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls, using excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise information to clients
- Utilizing various computer systems to research client needs and propose solutions, while maintaining accuracy and precision in all interactions
- Performing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve moderate to complex issues related to financial products and services

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, finance)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn business processes and cycles rapidly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all interactions
Preferred Qualifications
