Job Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist / Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through live chat and phone interactions. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer satisfaction metrics while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and response times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends - Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creative and effective solutions - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using similar tools and technologies - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
