Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting and servicing a wide range of personal lines accounts, responding to client calls, and quoting and rating new clients. Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and provide exceptional service to each and every one. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and servicing a wide range of personal lines accounts, including property and casualty insurance
• Responding to client calls about policy changes, updates, and coverage questions
• Quoting and rating new clients, account renewals, and cross sales opportunities
• Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A Property and Casualty license
• 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with an independent insurance agency
• Experience using Applied EPIC
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience working with diverse customer populations and providing culturally sensitive service
