Location and Work Arrangements

This is a remote opportunity that requires you to reside in Texas. Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Developing proactive strategies to maximize customer success and platform adoption, driving revenue through retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on company tools, APIs, and integrations, providing expert guidance and support to customers
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and development best practices, including front-end development challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product adoption
  • Communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting web applications, including front-end frameworks and web technologies
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, and development best practices
  • Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions to customers, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer success, account management, or related fields
