Responsibilities

As a Payroll/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Entry and Import: Accurately and efficiently entering payroll data into our system, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing errors.
• Data Review and Verification: Thoroughly reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, identifying potential issues, and reporting them to customers in a timely manner.
• Payroll Processing: Calculating and processing payroll-related changes, including verifying payroll output against reports to ensure accuracy.
• Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Issue Escalation: Researching and escalating complex issues to the support team to resolve customer or system problems.
• Communication and Collaboration: Working closely with the support team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Call Center Experience: A plus, but not required. If you have experience in a call center environment, you'll be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.
• Strong Data Entry and Phone-Based Support Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry, combined with excellent phone-based support skills, are essential for success in this position.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish): A plus, but not required. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, you'll be able to serve a broader range of customers and expand your skills.
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are critical for success in this role, as you'll be working with customers, colleagues, and systems to deliver exceptional results.
• Microsoft Applications: Experience using Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is a plus.
