Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Client Strategist / Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for managing our customer relationships, working closely with our clients to understand their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a small and growing team, where you'll have the chance to take ownership of your work and drive growth and innovation within the company.
Responsibilities
As a Client Strategist / Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will involve:
- Onboarding new clients and working with them to develop goals and strategies
- Educating clients on the arenaflex Employer product and process, and coaching them through their recruiting efforts
- Creating and closely monitoring metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations
- Interfacing with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback
- Working cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring, and customer experience
- Building playbooks and best practices to help us scale and improve our processes
- Developing a strong rapport and trust with our customers
- Upselling customers and identifying new business opportunities
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has:
- A bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of account management, sales, customer-facing experience
- Consistently achieved revenue targets
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- A high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously
- High EQ and enjoys forming connections with customers
- Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment
- Are analytical and want to dive deep into the data and process
- Are thorough and drive projects to completion
