Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, driving growth and revenue for the agency
- Preparing and issuing insurance documents promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assisting with onboarding clients, providing clear and effective communication and setting expectations for our services
- Ensuring policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Coordinating client appointments and managing calendars effectively, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members and managers
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Licensing Requirements:
+ Must have an active Property and Casualty License + Must be fluent in Spanish, along with proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Allstate experience strongly preferred
Essential Skills:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel + Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities + Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment + Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment
Availability:
+ Must be available via Zoom throughout the standard workday, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members and managers
