The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist - Accounts Payable Automation, you'll be an expert on arenaflex's Accounts Payable Automation Platform, working closely with new and current customers to ensure their success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to customers via our chatbox, Intercom, and simple integration to accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks
- Onboarding and training customers on our platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solution
- Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our platform
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our platform, as well as industry trends and best practices in AP automation
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of AP processes and procedures
- Experience with at least one of the following accounting systems: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of cloud-based applications and tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
- Knowledge of AI-powered AP automation solutions and their applications in the industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms
- Certification in AP or a related field (e.g., AP Manager, AP Clerk)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
