Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our card members. You'll be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account management, all while working efficiently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
