Key Responsibilities

As a Solar Closer/Customer Liaison at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with any questions they may have and to help them close the deal efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with assigned leads within one business day to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Addressing customer questions and concerns, providing expert guidance on solar solutions
  • Facilitating the closing process, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings and the tailored financing options available
  • Maintaining a strong closing ratio to remain in the program, with a rating mechanism in place to allocate more leads to top performers
  • Adhering to high standards of communication and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of arenaflex

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of solar sales experience
  • A proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with solar sales software and CRM systems
