The Mission
As a Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care physicians (PCPs), medications, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your amazing people skills. Our customers rely on us for guidance and support, and we're looking for someone who can deliver exceptional results while making a real difference in their lives.
The Deets
* This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
* You'll need to be available to work one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday.
* Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation, where you'll receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

* High School Diploma or equivalent (bonus points if you've got a bachelor's degree under your belt).
* At least a year of experience in insurance operations, with a deep understanding of healthcare and insurance terminology.
* You're a tech whiz and can handle our MANY web-based systems like a boss, with ease and confidence.
* You're all about the details and can keep track of everything, from customer interactions to system updates.

* Healthcare/insurance experience is a plus, especially if you know your way around medical terminology and benefit plans.
* A background in social work, behavioral health, or anything else that shows you're all about helping others is highly valued.
