Key Responsibilities

• Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
• Be efficient in navigating multiple systems, including our proprietary software and other healthcare-related platforms

Requirements

* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
