Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Working independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines
- Navigating between two applications effectively to ensure seamless data transfer
- Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed to maintain data integrity
- Communicating via email to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to use an email system and communicate effectively with team members
- Proficiency in navigating two applications and transferring data accurately
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Availability to work part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Familiarity with data management software or tools
