Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Serving as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, such as pricing, products, scheduling, and more
- Building and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty
- Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies
- Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices
- Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
- Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
- Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position or specialization
- High school/Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and limited supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including VPN systems
Additional Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Order Entry Specialist, you'll also be responsible for:
- Working collaboratively with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to support business decisions
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, data security, and confidentiality
