Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced virtual customer service representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ Provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers, leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, or messaging platforms + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional guest experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, vendors, and management
- Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Guesty, and Operto Teams
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
- Availability: Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with a flexible schedule to accommodate part-time and overnight shifts
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or a related field
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of business financials/accounting and 3rd party vendor relations
- Certifications: Certifications in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
